The Newton Theatre - Newton, US on 15 Nov 2015

Terrific musicianship. Hackett and band, driven by drummer Gary O'Toole, gave virtuoso performances of several songs from his recent "Wolflight" CD as well as several tracks from his first four solo albums from the 70's and several classic Genesis songs.

      Generous setlist. Professional performance.

      O2 Guildhall - Southampton, UK on 29 Oct 2014

Great set extremely well delivered. After the first couple of songs Nad and in fact the whole band got much more warmed up. Acoustics at the Guildhall disappointing though; the old Gaumont (Mayflower) is much better.

The Lowry - Salford, UK on 02 Nov 2014

How to compare with the Apollo gig last year? The only slight thing for me was the acoustic of the Lowry meant Nad was sometimes a bit drowned early on but that could have been me getting used to the acoustic as it was my first time at the Lowry.
This was an absolutely awesome gig; everything was nailed. My highlights were The Fountain, Hogweed, and Supper's Ready was as good as last year (I didn't think that was possible).
What a band! Tight as a Yorkshireman, with the added bonus this year of Beggsy. How good is this guy?
I'm a muso and he was as mesmerising to watch as Steve. Is that Chapman Stick a puzzle to be only played by 'special people'? That was my evenings' great distraction.
I cannot thank Steve enough for putting together a band like this. This was my best gig of last year; I can't see anybody getting near again this year. Superb.

As there seems little if any chance that Genesis will ever reform, Steve and his wonderfully talented band are still out there giving us hungry fans a good dose of 'classic' rock as only they can. Every song was presented with a few subtle modern updates and embellishments without straying too far from the originals that we all know and love.

What can I say about Steve Hackett that hasn't already been said? He is surely one of the best guitarists that this country has ever produced. Very inventive, versatile and a true inspiration to many guitar players over the last 40+ years. Long may he continue to amaze and entertain us. Looking forward to your next solo album Steve!

Nad Sylvan brought his own interpretations to the vocal side without the need for Mr Gabriel's costumery! Keyboard duties were admirably covered by Steve's long time collaborator Roger King. Gary O'Toole brought a lot more to the percussion and vocal side than Mr Collins ever did. Such a talented man. Nick Beggs on bass, rhythm guitar and chapman stick added new twists and sounds that perfectly enhanced the overall experience. And Rob Townsend used many wind instruments to beautiful effect throughout the show.

      Would I go again?
      Hell yes! Every time.

A perfect gig from a great band of true musicians who know just how to deliver a great show!

      Thanks guys!

Clyde Auditorium - Glasgow, UK on 25 Oct 2014

Stuff all the hastle from the other members of what were Genesis, this concert ticked EVERY box for any REAL Genesis fan. I could not have asked Steve to alter the setlist, and would not have asked him to change this track for that track. The setlist was everything you could ever want. Sheer perfection from one of the most under-rated gentlemen of rock. Mr Steve Hackett, and his band all played to the Glasgow crowd. He dedicated it to the late, great Jack Bruce.

Better than I thought it would be. Seemed to be some issues with the sound of the vocals at the beginning but this improved. I was also able to sit in various different seats at the venue (it was only 2/3 full) so enjoyed the shows from all angles! Great band.
